Pre-Round[edit]
Initially I planned to run solo and do a weird vampire strategy that would probably fail hard but then Damdred asked me on short notice if I had a spot for his buddy and teach him a bit, so I said yes, thinking Damdred has some newb who needs to be taken by the hand. It turned out it was Highlow who had by now quite some experience and wanted to go “pro” and try out Blopping. Well…now we needed a blop pack for him.
Round registration was already opened and all my contacts were taken so I had little hopes to find a full pack.. We went into the pack-finder and found Zedijar…

I didnt lie. No one would compete with me :trollface:
Then Agfx came around… and me not having the best standing in the blop-community so I was a bit scared of the answer….

Realm assignment[edit]
The Blopfishes!
- **AgFx** – Monarch, playing Icekin blopper, provided the AGFX Database!
- **Cronel** – Playing Human Blopper
- **HighLow** – First blops round, playing merfolk Blopper
- **Squanchy** – Spymaster, playing Firewalker Blopper
- **Wurst** – General, Weirdo Vamp strat
After the realm assignment we were very happy to see:
- **Buckshot** – randomed into my realm last round and totally impressed me. This time he wanted to go Fast Attacker (FA), playing Goblin.
- **Fr33ze** – Returning player after 7 rounds away, scrambled last-minute to play a Sylvan converter.
- **Hexum** – Immediately joined the Hydra with an Icekin Blopper
- **Jahmes** – Playing a Human explorer.
- **Rutpapa** – Playing Human converter
- **SatansArsonsMilitary** – Playing a regular vamp.
We told our realm that we might see MANY wars (we got Cronel, duh) and MANY AC drops ( we got Cronel, duh).
For the Theme we decided to go with an hommage to our well beloved Boss - InternetFett. StarWars + Communication device.
My Strategy and Early Game[edit]
The Idea was to play a dominion that starts very small with maximal efficiency and then to ramp up during the midgame. To do so I needed a race with cheap offensive casualties to not suffer as much from the increased casualties cost from hitting with more Offense per Acre (waiting with my attacks meant same size bots had now way more DP than x days before > more troops sent > more casualties) as well as allow me to grow fast without reloading too much between the hits. Troll, Delf and Vamp came into my mind. I decided on Vamp because I wanted to play them for a long time, they had nice turtle, decent dp, lot of construction freedom because they dont need docks and only little farms and can do well without teching (more freedom)… but I was scared that my low efficiency would lead me to a point where I sat at max military with not enough trooppower to go forward and end on 5k acres. I used multiple techniques to become as broken as I did.
Diamond Business[edit]
New quickstart allowed it to run high (> 50%) DM right from the start which meant a nearly instantaneous 20%+ keep which could easily be maintained during the growing phase.
Prestige Farming[edit]
I came OOP on 400 acres and used the great turtle on my elites to prestigefarm 3 x 90% bot hits while staying safe with incoming acres despite my bad initial economy.

Platinum stacking[edit]
For a few days I was the smallest active dominion (sub 600 acres d2 after my initial hits) and even after new players joined, noone created enough spies to steal from me. So I trained enough dp to not be hit and set my draftrate to 0%. That meant I stayed on 12k+ peasants despite my small size and could stack days worth of platinum on a great economy without anyone stealing it from me (maxed out on 3.5 million platinum stacked… or 116h of income).
Shrines and Heroes[edit]
The boost to shrines combined with the vampire extra 100% Hero bonus in this Round had an insane impact. Going very small meant that just 30 Shrines gave me the max Bonus from 5% shrines. Going engineer Hero first it quickly ramped up to a 20% investment bonus. Combined with my 350 DM the shrine bonus alone gave me an equivalent of 35 dm… 5 more DMs than my shrine invest cost me. I ran 3% extra tower to spam CS to farm xp.. And used the first 48h to spam landspies and surveys until I needed to save the spystrenght to steal plat. And when I outgrew my plat targets I switched back to use all my ss for exp farming again.
The real broken Hero is having a blacksmith hero: a high level hero giving me 10% cheaper military units is actually better than just 10% more units. Because every attacker runs 18% smiths you have to compare people paying 64% unit costs vs me paying 54% unit costs. That means 0.54/0.64 = actually 15.6% cheaper units! Broken! And -50% construction cost for a bfeeding vamp was also sick!
Plat Stealing[edit]
I maxed out my economy for my size with the plat stacking mentioned above. Then I min/maxed the amount of assassins I needed to steal the max amount of plat and thanks to the agfx tracking tool I knew exactly when a dominions became inactive. And being as as small as me I had no competition in the plat stealing business and could simply spend all my ss for a nice little extra income the first few days.
Hitting inactives[edit]
Having the Agfx tool I could also pick out all the inactive for hitting. I asked my blop squad to assassinate some inactive doms barely in their 40% size in order for me to get 80 to 90% hits on non-bot dominions for great prestige.
“The most fun round in a long time”[edit]
Early game was packed with competing FA’s and the round looked very healthy in that regard. First days it seemed like a battle between Realm #2 and Realm #5 with Realm #5 looking scarier but not clearly in the lead yet.
Day 4 came. The Blopsquad was warhungry… but we didnt want to immediately war and tip the scales into another realm becoming a runaway realm. So we waited patiently (some not so patiently: "I went 13% towers for nothing." - Cronel (when war wasnt immediatly declared d4)

With this Bounce by MdK the scales tiped towards realm #5 and we could give Cronel his Day 4 war.

When the non packies woke up, they were a bit discontent with our decision:

Despite being not happy with the decision they all joined in our Snare/Fball/Assa attacks and also in future wars they ate the bitter medicine and helped the realm as much as they could, even if it slowed their rounds (Thanks guys!).
Interestingly #5 then warred Realm #2 the tick after to snarehit the Lyc in Realm #2.
2025-11-12 16:24:54 ...but my defficiency (#5) has declared WAR on Shake it Off (#2).
That was of course perfect for us. #2 and #5 would keep each other in check with war bonus and slow each other down even further. That allowed the Demon -Tidnab and Spirit - Merf in #3 and the Undead -Jcinnz in #9 to slowly take the round over. But #5 and #2 kept staying relevant.
The very open round dynamic where everyone could win led to many people calling the round “the most fun round in a long time” …. Poor fools. They did not know what was lurking for them in the dark….
The Rise of the Vampire[edit]
Having stocked enough platinum and slowly outgrowing my platinum targets with my daily lands I decided to start the growth phase. Immortality + converts + stacked platinum allowed me to hit nearly every 12 hours until I entered the 75% of the first hard hitters.

Same dude. Bfeed. I needed draftees badly and he was by far the easiest target. I underestimated how much plat I had stacked and overestimated how fast I would train my units. So instead of sitting on my ass I decided to bfeed a few more acres.

Taking the round over[edit]
I often joked to my realmmates that the other realms try really really hard to make me win this round. They stall the round when I need a stall. They push DP when I need them on DP and they train OP when they should really improve their all in vs me. And at the same time: no fucking blop my way. Zero.. No plague, no swarm, no earthquake. Nothing
So the plan was simple: #3 Tidnab and #9 Jcinnz locked in a stalemate with dumb op and mod pushes. Everyone below was locked too… but not me. I have bots and bfeeds when 75% was too risky or oor… so lets go.

I was growing quick. Much quicker than I had anticipated. My Population was steadily rising, my mostly immortal raw OP slowly overtook #9 and #3 and I saw a window where noone was gonna limit me with 5:4. It was time to take the round over: I dropped mass GN with my last hits and started dropping spec O. I set my target on the Demon in realm #3 who probably saw too late what was coming for him...

Boom! Snare hit! And with the War Bonus the feeding frenzy started. Pushing mods and more specs the plan was to get as far ahead as possible.

Nurthos decided to make a hit into my range with his freshly converted goblin just to get hit down right away. A mistake he would only do ...once more ^^.
Securing the lead[edit]
The next biggest threat was the Nomad #2 - Kongbenni. If not for me he would've hit the demon in #3 a bit later and wouldve had probably overtaken the round… Bad Luck for him...but now we needed to keep him small... but not too small. We needed a strong player in the midfield to keep the efficient threats at bay. When youre too big too early, the free room can make efficient threats too strong too early.
2025-12-02 23:12:18 The time has come. Execute order 67. (#1) has declared WAR on Never Ending Story (#2).
We decided to fireball him a bit to limit his growth potential. Funnily enough his Vampire #2 - B decided to bfeed with war active which allowed me easy war acres with very good land types.

Despite always talking about how dangerous a war vs a Nomad is due to their potential to drop heavy mods at any time we still underestimated how big of a push he could do and Squanchy got caught (barely!) by a very big mod push from the Nomad.

After no 9h follow up came from the nomad I was not that unhappy with the situation. It was still early in the round and the Nomad just sacrificed around 700 barren acres on Mods and WG for just one big war hit. It surprised me to see it was Mris/MdK/KongB in #2 since they always told me that a nomad that drops mods early is a dead nomad. Well.. he would stay around for a while though… just like I wanted.
I rotated joining and leaving EG and tried having barren acres left when joining EG to have everyone guess if I dropped homes or mods. For now it was homes and training mass bloodreavers on 80k pop.

By now everyone was smart to stay oor and most explorers joined EG after Extravadanza posted a meme about joining EG every time I made a hit . Only #6 Vampire - Extravadanza himself - was brave enough to enter my range on 700k+ DP at Day 38. I joined EG again and in preparation for the endgame I dropped mass mods with my barren land.
The Final Boss[edit]

Noone likes a full teched, fully shrined, decent imp troll in his backyard. So we fballed and lbolted him a tiny bit before he became to scary to war.

Well.. he still became scary. Very fast. Troll #8 - Slater copied my fast growth from earlier with his 80% cas reduction Troll. Being OOR of me he quickly became so strong that he could 5:4 safely. I got a bit more land between him and me and waited for him...

I was 9k+ acres now but the round was still going on for a week or so. And I had two big issues:
1.) Troll 5:4 is huge, 80% cas reduction and great efficiency and he was growing fast! A low turtle race wouldve struggled hard vs him. 2.) I was running out of draftees (reaching 90% military) and the last 72 hours i wouldve had no draftees left to train, giving him the option to outgrow me. And 72h doing nothing is very very long!
I felt quite anxious and saw my lead in op/dp and sendable op getting shredded fast even with me having drafts. But my anxiousness was unnecessary. Slater not knowing about my draftee issue decided it would be best to get hit by me and end up barely out of my range to follow up with a big hit back into my range and secure 2nd place. This gave me much needed land to build mods and drafts for spec.

Luckily for me the expected big hit never came and he went for a just decent sized one… and the same tick I hit nurthos gob again who decided to peak out of guard to push me over 10k acres. Funnily enough I hit him 2 seconds after Slaters troll sent which looked like I had waited for him to sent and needed to send same tick to stay safe.. which wasnt true. My numbers were plenty safe.

Endgame[edit]
The last days were spent training spec and I hit 90% military just in time for the round to be locked breaking two records. Highest networth ever recorded with 2.2 million and probably highest DP with nearly 1.2 million DP all in.

Agfx: thanks for taking me in! (And Cronel and Squanchy to agree!) I know i dont have the best standing in the blop community so I was very happy you took highlow and me in. You were a great king. And your tool kicked ass! Screening inactives, checking realmie... so good to have.
Squanchy: never had a better top op sweeper than you. Like seriously. That gave me such confidence to play the way I did.. always having having a fresh "gamestate" avaible was incredible helpfull!
Cronel: Exept for “that one day” you played a really really good round and recovered impressively well. Im glad we could give you the wars you deserve!
HighLow: im so grateful Damdred introduced me to you. I had a blast playing with you. Loved our strat talks and you really saved my ass... before round start and after it started !
Hexum: its like we had packed with you! You joined the hydra immediatly and were one of its heads from day 1.
Buckshot its a blessing to see you get better round after round! Your goblin really impressed me again and the transition to blopper was perfectly done as well.
Freeze: Well done buddy. You helped me a lot with strat talks, calculations and your tactical awareness! Im sorry we strangled your round with our warmongering but i hope the rd win sweetens the pain a a bit. Good to have u back in od!
Pos and Jahmes same to you! Sorry for pulling you guys into all those wars! But despite getting "forced" into those unwanted wars, when we were in those wars you really showed teeth and helped with blops and support and i found that really impressive. And Jahmes even clawed himself up to an top 10! Well done.
