Update, merge, and otherwise organize the wiki, including new original resources, into a comprehensive, accurate, and coherent resource for future users

Create policies and procedures to update the wiki contemporaneously with the game as it continues to evolve
4)
Organize a backup scheme so that future iterations of the wiki will not have to rely on archive.org but rather a seamless handoff
