An updated list of changes can be found on the Round 28 Changes Google doc.
OOP is day 1. Previously listed as day 4 as a relic from times when protection took the first three days of the round.
Remove 50% plat prod bonus cap. Original dominion had a 50% platinum production cap, but the limit served no purpose. Has been removed for clarity.
Various NPD changes:
- Increase bot DPA requirements for lower 2/3s of bots. See NPDs for current bot DPA formula. The smaller bots will have an increased DPA as compared to previous rounds.
- Decrease number of bots that grow
- Increase bot spy/wiz ratios. Previously only trained to approximately 0.05 spies and wizards per acre.
- Allow bots to enter elite guard. Previously only join Royal Guard.
Various attacking rules updated:
- 33% rule now XX% rule. You must leave at least XX% of your defense at home now.
- 10% rule added: you must send around 10% (a random number between 9-11%) of the defense needed to break a target to prevent spam in the Global Town Crier.
Building Changes
- Masonry bonus decreased from 2.75x to 2.65x
- Guard Towers and Gryphons Nests to 1.75x from 1.6x
- Temples to 1.5x from 1.35x defense reduction
- Smithies now capped at 15% from 18%
- Factories get un-announced improvement
Wonder Changes
- Lower starting wonder HP - wonders now start at 75k and 150k HP
- Lower prestige gain - wonders taken from non-neutral realms now give a maximum of 75 prestige per attacking dominion from 100 prestige.
- Cyclone damage doubled on wonders in realm 0
Teching Changes
- Schools no longer add RPs from attacking. Attacking now generates a flat 1,000 RPs per attack.
- School RP production formula updated. Formula is 2.2 x Schools x (1- Schools/Land)
- Tech cost updated. Formula yet to be announced, but will scale with land and the number of techs.
Shadow League announced! An optional guard to allow unlimited black ops against fellow members.
