Morale modifies Offensive power and Defensive power, and is spent by exploration and invasions.

Drop

Invading costs 5% morale at 75% range and above. Below 75% range, morale loss scales up and is capped at 10% by 40% range and below. Hero perks can modify invasion morale loss.

You cannot invade below 80 morale.

Exploring is not limited by morale. Exploring costs morale based on acres explored:

max(1, floor((Acres + 2) / 3))

Effect

Morale modifies offensive and defensive power with:

clamp(0.9 + Morale / 1000, 0.9, 1.0)

This means 100 morale gives full OP and DP, while 0 morale would give 90% OP and DP.

Refresh

Morale refreshes by 6 per hour below 80 morale, and by 3 per hour at 80 morale and above. Morale is capped at 100.
